Yesterday was my first visit to this establishment for eyelash extensions. While Tommy has received numerous favorable reviews, I regret to inform you that I received my eyelash extensions from another technician yesterday and have already experienced significant lash loss. As a seasoned user of eyelash extensions, I took great care to avoid water contact, yet I discovered several lashes on my pillow the following morning, and saw multiple lashes on my bathroom floor less than 24hrs of application. I am concerned that I may need to have them removed in a few days. As a result, I am unlikely to return to this establishment for future services.
