Hadley is so sweet. She always kind and professional. I've been going with her since she started and I honestly have never had a complaint. My lashes last up to2 to 3 weeks till I need a fill.

I have followed Hadley to different lash studios. She always gives her professional opinion and my natural lashes have stayed healthy throughout the years. I am always pleased when I leave her studio, will never go to another lash tech 😊

I wish there were an option to give 0 stars. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I had a very disappointing experience with the lash tech, Hadley. She was unprofessional and came across as rushed during my appointment. My eyes were burning the entire time, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Within just two days, I had already lost a noticeable number of lashes. I reached out to her about a touch-up, and she asked me to come in the next day. However, when I arrived and asked her to apply more lashes on my left eye cause they looked uneven compared to the right, she blamed it on my eye shape. She also wasted my time by having me come in, only to tell me that she would only glue the lashes onto my skin because I "had no real lashes". I’ve had lash extensions done elsewhere before, and other technicians have always been able to create a balanced, full look without criticizing my features. It felt unprofessional and inappropriate to place blame on me rather than correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work, customer service, and communication were very disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment.
