No recommended. I booked a facial + lash extension package and a brow shaping for my mom as part of our preparations for a family event. I'll admit--the price is what drew me in. But that turned out to be a huge mistake. The results were absolutely devastating and almost ruined our entire family event. My mom's skin had a severe allergic reaction right after the facial--red, irritated, and uncomfortable. Her lashes were completely uneven, and the brow shaping was way too thin. Worst of all, my mom was so unhappy with her look that she ended up being upset with me for choosing this place. It turned what should have been a happy family occasion into a nightmare. I honestly feel guilty for bringing her here. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice--especially if you're booking for someone you care about.

I had such a great experience here! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. I came in for a lash lift and tint, and while my lashes are naturally very fine, she still did a beautiful job enhancing what I have. The space was relaxing, and I felt really comfortable the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Anny for a bit and I won’t let anyone else touch my eyes anymore! She is insanely talented, consistent every single time, and actually listens to what you want instead of just doing whatever. My lashes always look full, clean, and natural not heavy or clumpy and they last so well. On top of that, she’s just a good human. Calm, professional, and makes the whole experience easy. If you’re picky (like me) and want lashes that actually look good, Anny is it!!

I was a little nervous because it was my first time getting lash extensions, but Kaori was AMAZING! So kind, made me feel very comfortable, and gave me exactly what I wanted (a very natural look). Also got an eyebrow waxing after several years, and they came out great! Met the owner, as well, and she was so sweet and made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Swoon Lashes Facial with Ann, was a heavenly experience and she was so knowledgeable with 9 years plus of experience in acne care and just overall skincare regimen recommendations for my busy schedule. Ann’s facial lymphatic massage was so nice and relaxing! Jizel, the owner of Swoon is super sweet and very patient with my scheduling and at home lash needs since I wanted products for lash growth!!! Definitely recommend this beauty paradise location!
