Really great staff. I haven’t gotten lashes in California for 4 years due to repeated bad experiences. I finally went here because I had a wedding coming up and my coworker recommended. I love my lashes and I’ve gotten so many compliments since getting them done. I will be coming back for sure and I highly recommend!
Got my eye lash extension for the first time here and was very happy about it! The studio is very pretty and clean. I think this location is quite new so it’s even nicer. When I went in, they asked which style I wanted. There are a few photos showing on the screen and the lash technician also showed me the real photo as well. Definitely see the real photo first before deciding because the real thing was quite different from the image on the screen. I got the sunflower style (which is one of the most natural look) and they let me choose the length later when I laid down on the bed. The treatment was about 2 hours where they glued the lashes and attached them one by one. It doesn’t hurt, although think it’s quite irritating and I got quite nervous throughout the treatment. It’s like having water in your eyes that you can’t wipe it out and needed to fan-blow it until it dries out. After drying out, it doesn’t irritate anymore. It will feel like something blocking your vision all the time which I got used to in a few days. The great thing is that I didn’t have to do lash make-up again in a month.
I would 💯 recommend SumiLash! My technician, Joyce, did an amazing job. I’ve never been to a lash place where they truly take the time to listen to what you want. Joyce was patient, paid close attention to detail, and even made thoughtful suggestions to achieve my desired lash style. The studio is clean, welcoming, and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been a loyal customer for about four years, and until now I’ve always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit left me really disappointed. I usually get 3D lashes and come in every four weeks for a refill before needing a full set. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled for a 4‑week refill, but I was booked for a full set instead. What bothered me most is that I was still charged for a full set even though the service I received was clearly just a regular refill. I still had plenty of lashes on, and the technician didn’t remove the old ones like they normally do when doing a full set. She only cleaned them and proceeded with the refill, and the whole appointment was done in under an hour. New full sets usually take about 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I schedule for a full set service I’ll go with no eyelashes extensions on so it can start all fresh. I’ve always liked coming here, but this experience really upset me. I hope the salon can be more careful with scheduling correctly as requested and not as what they want.
I got my lashes done with Joyce and she’s truly wonderful! So sweet and really pays attention to exactly what you want. She made me feel very comfortable and I was super happy with her work. Thank you Joyce!!
