Natalia is a skilled lash artist who has many years of experience with eyelashes. This is my second lash lift ever. The first time was botched and when I showed Natalia photos of what happened, she knew exactly what happened and gave me confidence she knew exactly what to do to avoid that. She is very gentle and calming as well… so much so that I took a nap! I’m very happy with my results and you can see in my photo that she chose the perfect curl shape to compliment my eyes. 5⭐️!!!

The best lash experience! Natalia is very welcoming and has an amazing personality, she did everything very fast and with zero discomfort. And the results - omg sooo beautiful! I’m so happy I found her, it’s truly a must to try! Another great thing- she has a very comfortable bed and pillow that’s a game changer, it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep haha

When you try a new business, you naturally trust the reviews, the location, the website, and the promises they make. I did too, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the most DISAPPOINTING beauty experiences I've had. It's sad when merchants value only INCOME and they can TAKE ADVANTAGE of you being nice and trusting them. My eyelash extensions often fell off of the 3rd or 5th day which is incredibly fast and not normal. During my visits I asked for Natural look ( 1 or 2 lashes on my natural one) and Natalia added up to 7!! on my natural lash just to charge more for 2d or 3d volume instead! I later learned that multiple lash extensions up to 7!! were being placed on a single natural lash, which caused my extensions to shed within 3–5 days and left my natural lashes damaged. Natalia never mentioned 7 DAYS WARRANTY to me at all until I asked many months later. Instead of taking responsibility for her work, I was CHARGED AGAIN on the 5th day to fix her bad work and I was told it was because of my lashes and even my health—even though my medical tests are perfectly normal. The most telling part? As soon as I went back to my previous lash artist, my extensions lasted over 2½ weeks again without any issues. Please be very careful and don't assume the 7-day warranty will protect you. Ask questions, double-check the work, and trust your instincts. I wish I had.

Had a Korean lash lift with Natalie today! The lash lift turned out AMAZING and the process was so peaceful and easy. She played nice ocean noises which were very relaxing and the beds are very comfortable (: highly recommend!
