I've been seeing Michelle for my lashes and brows, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. She takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and truly cares about making sure I leave happy after every visit. Before finding Michelle, I wore strip lashes almost every day. They took time to apply every morning, and whenever I was rushing to work, I would have to go without lashes. They also weren't very comfortable, and sometimes the corners would start lifting throughout the day. Since switching to Michelle's individual lash extensions, I don't have to worry about any of that. Her lash extensions are lightweight, comfortable, and so natural-looking that I forget I'm even wearing them. They last much longer than I expected, and I receive compliments all the time. Getting my brows done has been a game changer too. I love waking up every morning with perfectly shaped, natural-looking brows. It saves me so much time getting ready, and I always feel confident, even without makeup. The quality of Michelle's work is worth every penny. She offers incredible value because her work is long-lasting, beautiful, and done with such care and professionalism. She's not only talented but also kind, honest, and genuinely wants the best for her clients. I have been going to Michelle at Promise Lash in Temple City for seven years, and shame on me for taking this long to write the review she so truly deserves! Today was a wonderful testament to not only Michelle’s incredible skill, but also her incredible heart. She casually mentioned to me today that my very first appointment with her was way back in September 2011—or as she playfully puts it, "9/11." It reminded me of just how accommodating she has been all these years. With my crazy schedule, I rarely book far in advance; instead, I’m famous for sending her last-minute "911" texts asking if she has any openings. Even though she loves to tease me about how "busy" I am, she always finds a way to squeeze me in and save the day! Beyond her flexibility, her work is top-notch. Michelle carefully selects the best lashes tailored specifically to my eyes, giving me a fresh, vibrant, and youthful glow. Her work is so seamless and flattering that I’ve completely stopped wearing makeup and have fully embraced a "natural beauty" routine—all thanks to her! Plus, her prices are wonderfully budget-friendly (around $40 to $60 for a classic set, depending on the style), making high-quality lash care accessible and sustainable. Most importantly, Michelle is a business owner with a true heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her clients and community. When I was preparing to travel to a third-world country with a non-profit organization to serve Christmas Eve meals, Michelle stepped up and helped raise funds. Her generosity directly helped provide over 300 meals to people in need so they could enjoy a special holiday meal. If you are looking for someone who provides phenomenal quality, reasonable prices, exceptional service, and genuinely cares about people, look no further. Michelle is simply the best!
