Platinum Lashes

Came here once earlier this year after it was recommended to me and because it's local. The staff was friendly, and the place was cute. The only thing that surprised me was how loud it was. I'm used to lash studios being much quieter and more relaxing since I usually end up dozing off during appointments. That said, the conversation was great, and everyone seemed really cool. At my first appointment, I was told to come back in about two weeks for a fill. By that point, I had already noticed that a lot of my lashes had fallen out, which isn't typical for me. Unfortunately, going back that often just doesn't fit my budget or schedule. I'm used to only needing fills much later, so this wasn't the best fit for me. About three weeks after getting them done, I ended up getting a lash lift elsewhere instead, which works better for my lifestyle and my wallet.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for almost 2 years now and she is my girl! Sadly I tried to go elsewhere and when she took off my lashes she showed me how bad they were placed. When I went to nursing school and had to have my Platinum lashes removed my actual lashes were all still intact. If she ever can’t do mine her coworker Jasmine is also amazing! Both of these girls are the only ones I will ever allow touch my lashes. In the room they make sure you’re comfy and give you a blanket because it’s always so cold. The suite is always decorated so festive for the holidays too! I refer all my friends, family and clients to them both! I will follow them for life!

I love this place so much. I was referred by my coworker and I have been a customer for a little under a year. I very highly recommend them to anyone. People are constantly asking if my lashes are real and are complimenting them. Probably the best beauty decision I have ever made. The staff, decor, and owners are amazing. Every thing is completely customizable to what you want. Amazing attention to detail from the staff. I can go on for days about them. Stop wondering and give them a try! It is best to make a appointment, they are popular!

This place is adorable first of all. When you walk in, the decor hits you right away and you just know you're in the right spot for good lash extensions. I have been here twice, once as a tester "lash model" and once as a regular customer. Both times they have done a phenomenal job and I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on my lashes. If you're here for the first time and are unsure of what you want, go for a less dramatic look, as the "dramatic" look can be a little bit much for you if you're not accustomed to it (just my experience). The process itself takes about 2 hours for a full set of lashes, and you're lying down the whole time, but it's comfortable and they have good satellite radio plaging all day. Lashes are excellent quality and the job done is wonderful. They will last for weeks. I am going to be a regular customer at this place. LOVE IT.

The ladies are okay, had 2 sets done here. Both single lash classic style first one was VERY classic, one lash per hair. Loved it when I walked out... the set didn't last longer than 5 days. Had a "refill" for 2 -3 weeks out, got a brand new set at this point becausw all previous lashes were gone, they too look amazing, but for only 3 days. Lashes feel out left and right, luckily for the most part not taking my real lash. I've been getting lashes for 4 years and this place is the least lasting. If you are getting them done for just one day great, any longer I wouldn't count on it
