Ms Kawaii lash is amazing! It was my 1st time and Uni was soo sweet and skilled. I loved my results, I got a more natural sunflower style with D curls with a sexy end style. Im soo happy with my lashes! Will be coming here every time now. Uni explained all the styles and types of glues they use. Would highly recommend 🥰
This lash studio is my favorite spot in Pasadena! All the lash techs are super nice, and very friendly and have great info and input on the different styles, glues, etc. I wanted to give a shoutout to Isabelle. I love my lashes so much and she even did a fix for me within the 5 day period they offer. Thank you so much Isabelle, you are the best!
Wish I could be more pleased. I came here two years ago for extensions, which completely fell off/out within days. I contacted them, they were accommodating with a fix, and I all-but-forgot about the experience. Fast-forward two years later, I came across a video promoting the service. I was impressed by the review and new client pricing and thought I’d give extensions a try for an upcoming trip as a low-maintenance alternative to mascara. When I arrived, I was informed I didn’t qualify for the new client price because of my appointment two years prior — okay, fair enough. As I said, I really had forgotten about this prior appointment but understand the policy. The tech suggested a stronger glue due to my past experience and was attentive application. My lashes looked great and I was meticulous with aftercare (didn’t get them wet for 24+ hours, didn’t rub or sleep on them, gently washed with water, brushed daily). However, four days later (today) almost every lash has fallen off. Unfortunately, almost $100 after tip for less than 4 days of extensions is just ridiculous. There must be some error in glue quality, application, or aftercare instruction for this to happen twice. I’m very disappointed, and suggest that newcomers consider a salon with better proof of retention, not just immediate after photos/reviews.
I’ve been seeing Grace every two weeks for almost a year. During that time, I began noticing that my natural lashes were being cut — yes, actually cut. When I brought this to her attention, she denied it. I contacted the Pasadena location and went in for them to check my lashes. They confirmed that my natural lashes were damaged. While they provided me with a serum, that does not undo the damage that was done. To this day, my lashes have not fully recovered. What’s even more disappointing is that no one has followed up with me. After being a loyal client for nearly a year, I expected accountability and proper customer care. Instead, I’ve been left dealing with ongoing lash damage and no resolution.
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for NINE years. I've always tipped well, driven over an hour to their locations, and remained committed to them through schedule changes and moves. I was their ideal, flexible, and dedicated customer. That loyalty meant nothing. My last experience was a masterclass in fraudulent business practices: 1. I paid in cash for a full set, which includes a standard 5-day warranty. 2. When the service needed a fix, they invented a reason to deny the warranty (claiming that they mentioned that the warranty is revoked when you come from another salon which they FAILED to mention). 3. They then refused to schedule the fix, tried to send me to a location even further away, and after an unforeseen circumstance made me late for an appointment they finally offered, they falsely claimed I "missed a final deadline" for a fix they never honored. Let my experience be a warning: If this is how they treat a customer of 9 years who always went the extra mile, imagine how they'll treat you. They will take your money and then use every excuse to avoid standing behind their work. They have lost a customer forever, and I will ensure no one else wastes their time and loyalty as I did.
