Ms Kawaii Eyelash - Whittier

Updating my review since I was contacted back and was able to get my appointment scheduled. I also received a very sweet and caring text message from the manager, which I truly appreciated. I've been going to Ms Kawaii since December 2022, and Hannah and Selina are both amazing at what they do. The quality of service from the technicians has always been great. My only concern has been that scheduling can sometimes be difficult through reception, but I'm happy that the issue was addressed and resolved.

So far ive gotten two full sets and a fill and ive been happier every time with the work that sarah has done! She always listens to what i like and does a good job about communicating and recommending things to me! This will definitely be my spot from this point on!

Had a great experience with Sara. Highly recommend Ms Kawaii Eyelash. They use good quality products. Sara is very knowledgeable and patient. She used different techniques to make sure the glue did not go in my eyes.

I love how they take their time and how my tech was friendly I was real happy for my eyelashes & how they came out I got the hybrid & I will definitely be going again!

Editing to update. They reached out and offered to fix any issues I had. I went back and another lash tech made them look more like what I wanted. I appreciated that. They reached out and offered to make it right. I would definitely go back. They take their time there and want you to love your lashes. Showed her 5 different pictures of the same style that I wanted. She pointed out a picture on the wall that looked similar and I agreed it was pretty close to what I wanted. Ended up not looking like any of the pictures I showed her or what she showed me on the wall :/ Sweet girl though.
