Ms Kawaii Eyelash - Studio City

This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I had a great experience! My lash technician was very gentle throughout the entire appointment and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to help me choose the right style for my eyes and explained the different options. My lashes turned out beautiful, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a handful of fills now: I’ve booked with several different techs. I try to read their reviews before booking but sometimes I have to book with whoever is available. Each visit is a little bit of a different experience but overall it’s been better than my first time here. I get D curl 11-13’s I think in length. Hybrid, light volume and the 3D volume is nice. Sometimes I like the lashes more than other times. Overall for ease of booking, location and quality it’s a good place. ~~~~~~~~~~ First time experience: My appt was at 10, I got there at 9:52 or so and checked in as she prompted me to. 17 mins after my appointment I asked if she was running late or what. It seemed like she forgot to notify the lash tech I was there. There was absolutely nobody else there. Maybe if she was less on her personal device I would not have been called so late after my time slot. She was not apologetic for dropping the ball. For being a first time customer that part left a negative experience.

Got a lift and tint for my barely there eyelashes- she was very thorough and got all the baby lashes. Lift and tint took about 45 minutes from start to finish and very satisfied with results. Also it’s kind of confusing to find from google maps but it’s in between cha chas and world market. There’s a small door next to a police station to go up to the second floor.
