Monique Powers Beauty Salon - Lash Lift & Tint, Eyebrow Tweezing, Facials

I've been to Monique for eyebrow tweezing twice now and will continue to go to her because she does an excellent job. Not only does she do a great job shaping brows, but she gives tips on how to brush and fill them in on your own. She is also very kind; it's an all-around pleasant experience having Monique do your eyebrows. Can't wait to try the eyelash lift.

I saw Monique for an eyelash lift and tint. I never knew that my natural eyelashes could look so amazing. To me they were always just these little nubby eyelashes but after Monique did the lift and tint they were gorgeous. Monique is extremely professional and truly cares about her clients. She has a customer for life with me. I can’t wait to make my next appointment with her and get a much needed facial.

Customer for life! First off - skills. Monique is a professional and clearly up to date on the latest techniques and procedures. She is a perfectionist and really has a great aesthetic eye. I have received the keratin lash lift + tint, and stand-alone lash tint. I have super blonde lashes but a lot of them - I just got them tinted before a trip to Mexico and I didn’t have to wear makeup the entire time! Such a game changer for natural blondes. Second - value. Her services aren’t inexpensive, but they aren’t as high as some salons or med spas in the area. Plus, her talent/services far exceed those establishments. Overall a really great value. Third - location/convenience. I LOVE the portable office concept!!!! It’s so clean, adorable, and easy to find and park. I’ve used the Redondo beach location which was super convenient, and also was able to have Monique come to my house for a home appointment for an additional fee. Totally worth it to be able to squeeze in an appt between conference calls working from home! I usually don’t write reviews - and disclosure she does offer a few dollars off for a review - BUT I honestly do plan on being a return customer for life so I was more than happy to write one. I hope I ca. still get appointments if she blows up 🤣 BUT she is so great I honestly recommend anyone wanting lash or brow services to her. The pictures speak for themselves!

I have been going to Monique for years! She is the only person I trust with my brows and I’m also obsessed with her brow hero brush and gel. As well as my lash perms, facials and weekly spray tans She is very professional, studio is spotless and I just enjoy my time relaxing and getting pampered. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great salon/Spa.

I can’t say enough good things about Monique! She is not only professional, talented and an expert at lashes and brows but she’s also an absolute pleasure to be around. Her calm and genuine demeanor make me feel right at home, whether I’m there for a quick brow shaping or a longer lash lift, I always feel comfortable and happy to be there. And her work is impeccable! I’ve had people literally stop me on the street to ask me who shapes my brows. She’s a miracle worker!!
