★★★★★ I’ve been going to Ivy for my lashes for two years now, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with them! I have naturally very small/short lashes, so retention has always been a struggle for me. Before finding Ivy, I could never get my extensions to last the way I wanted them to, but somehow she works her magic every single time. My retention with her is seriously unmatched. She’s so talented and always makes my lashes look full and beautiful without overwhelming my eyes or damaging my natural lashes. She really knows how to work with what you naturally have and customize your set to you, which I appreciate so much. On top of being amazing at what she does, Ivy is such a sweetheart and always professional. After two years of consistently great sets, I can confidently say she’s the best lash artist I’ve ever had. I love her and my lashes every single time. 🤍

For my first time ever getting lash extensions, this place was amazing! Bella did a good job and offered me some natural looking options. I went with the natural 2D cat eye shape and asked for a little longer lash. This place is just a hidden gem and lashes turned out so cute, I look like a doll. They also give a discount for first timers, so it wasn’t too pricey for my first set. The atmosphere is also really relaxing and calming, overall an awesome spot to get your lashes done here in Pico.

I have been coming to this place already 4 years, I enjoy the service and employees. The owner is respectful and kind and always helpful when the couple times I needed something fixed with them by my mistake . The lashes usually last about a month and a week if taken care of precisely.

I had been going to this establishment since a little while after they opened and I was quite happy with the quality of work and service, but this last time I went the lash person used hardly no glue and the lashes started falling immediately I called the same day to let them know and I never heard anything back. Now two weeks later they want me to go back for a fill. When I brought it to the owners attention as to why I’m not going back she said oh my husband forgot to tell me you called. And that I exceeded the three day call back. Don’t go there they charged me over 100 to come home and start falling out. I’m disappointed with their poor customer service. I will not go back again and suggest others to not go too.

The lashes always come out beautifully and the location is very neat and clean. Everyone is always extremely friendly and welcoming as well! Highly recommend if you want beautiful lashes you’ll love.
