This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. My appointment was yesterday around 3:30 p.m., and I received the classic lash set. Before the service, I wasn't consulted about the style or eye shape that would best suit me. I was only told I would be getting "small to medium" lashes. The application process took less than 30 minutes, which seemed very quick. Immediately afterward, my lashes felt itchy, but I assumed it was because I wasn't used to extensions. They also felt very stiff, and every time I blinked, it felt like they were tugging on my eyelids. I was charged $85, and at checkout I was asked if I was going to leave a tip, which I did. I was not given aftercare instructions. I looked it up online and followed the aftercare instructions, including sleeping upright that night. Unfortunately, by the next morning, most of the extensions were already falling out in clumps. I ended up removing the rest myself. I should have taken photos but I was too bummed about it. Based on my experience, I won't be returning for future services. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Did waxing with Amy. She is very sweet, and has a gentle skin which makes waxing bearable. Regular customer here. I visit at least once a month

Bad service! The lashes are not applied one by one and the quality is poor. They use cheap materials. They charged me $85 for my lashes; my eyes were hurting and they looked horrible. I had them removed after three days. I would never go back.

Great place we love how they treat us and they have great prices. I moved to Long Beach but I come here because I haven’t found a place that works as I like my eyebrows.

Amy is the best. She has good customer service and is very detailed when is is doing my eyebrows. Thanks Amy
