I just moved to the Valley from DTLA, so I needed to find a new lash extension place. I found this spot on Groupon about 20 minutes away from my place, and it seemed pretty affordable, so I decided to give it a try. For context, I’ve been getting lash extensions for over 10 years, and I take really good care of them. At my previous salons, my lashes would last 3 to 4 weeks easily, and I only needed refills about once a month. So I know what good retention should look like. My first visit was through a Groupon deal for $50 (Y mink full set). I did like how they looked, but the problem was that they lasted less than a week. I got my first set on February 10, then went back for a refill on February 21 and paid $70 for a wispy refill. Again, it only lasted about a week. I can’t realistically get my lashes done every week, so by the second week I only had about one-third of the extensions left. My third visit was on March 7. I asked to switch technicians because my lashes weren’t lasting. I requested a regular refill with no extras, but I was charged $60 anyway because they did a Y mink fill. It was slightly better than before, but still didnt last 2 weeks. Then on March 25, I went in again and asked for just a basic refill. This time, I was scheduled again with my original technician. Since my lashes had been falling out so quickly, I specifically asked her to use more glue to help with retention. However, after only 3 days, my lashes started looking uneven. When I went out last weekend, all friends pointed out that my right eye had noticeably fewer lashes than my left. I really wanted to like this place because the price is reasonable. But if the lashes don’t even last a full week, is it really affordable? I don’t have the time or energy to go in every single week just to maintain them. Honestly, they really need to change their glue.

I’ve been a returning client for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time I come in for my lash appointment, I feel so relaxed that I end up falling asleep. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the lash artist is gentle and professional. My lashes always look beautiful and last a long time. Highly recommend!

Before I came to this place, I went to other eyelash salons, however, the quality of their work here is amazing. My first set lasted up to 3 weeks before I had to come get a refill! The music at the atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing too. Definitely would be coming here as a regular

I found this place on Groupon and have already come back for another set! My guest set lasted almost 5 weeks and that's with a trip to Costa Rica on my lashes. They're super fast and the application was excellent. I'm a regular client now!

I absolutely love this business! I’ve been going to their Torrance location for a long time now and they never disappoint. They are so efficient, professional, and truly great at what they do. I got the sunflower set and love them! My first time trying this style. My lashes always come out beautiful and last me more than two weeks every time, which says a lot about the quality of their work. The appointments are smooth, the environment is welcoming, and the results are consistently amazing. There’s also a parking lot, which makes it super convenient and stress-free when arriving for appointments. Highly recommend if you want long-lasting, quality lashes!
