I just wanted to say I had such a nice experience here 🥹 I was a little nervous going in because I’ve had lashes done before that didn’t turn out how I wanted, but they made me feel really comfortable right away. My lash tech was so sweet and gentle, and you can tell she really cares about her work. She took her time and made sure everything looked perfect, which I appreciated so much. I even almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing 😭 I’m honestly obsessed with how my lashes came out. They’re full and pretty but still soft and natural-looking, exactly what I asked for. And they feel super lightweight too, which is a big plus for me. Overall just such a good experience, I’ll definitely be coming back 💕

This place is a hidden gem whatt! I am so in love with my lashes I can’t stop looking at them ahhhhhh. My lash tech did exactly what I wanted and in literally no time. 1.5 hrs, top AND bottom set. I’ve never had my lashes done so fast yet still high quality. I wish I came here sooner.

Absolutely LOVE my new lashes! 💖✨ It was my very first time getting lash extensions and I was a little nervous (especially since I wear glasses 🤓). But she took so much time to explain everything, gave me great advice, and helped me choose the perfect length for a natural look that works with my glasses. 🙌 The whole experience was super relaxing 😌 The salon is small, private, and sooo cute 🦋🌸 I felt really comfortable the entire time and not stressed like in bigger, crowded places. She kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel really cared for 💕 The result = AMAZING 😍 Exactly what I wanted: natural, light, and beautiful! And it didn’t even take too long I can’t stop looking at my lashes in the mirror 🪞✨ Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for gorgeous results + a super friendly vibe 🌟💖

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. I showed the technician a reference photo of a set they had done on another client and specifically requested that exact look, including both top and bottom lashes. However, only the top lashes were done, and the final result looked quite different from the reference photo. Initially, I believed the lashes themselves were poor quality because they felt stiff, bent in an unusual way, and caused significant irritation. After posting this review, the owner reached out and explained that it’s possible my irritation was caused by the type of glue used rather than the lashes themselves. Regardless of the cause, my eyes were very irritated throughout the experience, and I’ve never had that reaction after years of getting lash extensions. I also have photos showing how some of the extensions bent in an unusual way. At the end of the appointment, I was only given a single spoolie. Based on other customers’ reviews, I expected the aftercare kit that many people received. I also wasn’t given any instructions on how to clean or care for my lashes. Unfortunately, the retention was also very poor. In less than a week, all of my lash extensions had fallen off. I’ve never had that happen before, so I was very surprised and disappointed with the longevity of the application. Before posting this review, I reached out to the salon to share my concerns. They apologized and offered me a small discount to come back so they could add longer lashes and the bottom lashes that were originally requested. While I appreciated the offer, I didn’t feel comfortable returning because of the discomfort I experienced and the poor retention. There was also one part of the experience that made me feel uncomfortable. During my appointment, I noticed three people gathered around me and speaking in Mandarin. I am still learning Mandarin, so it’s entirely possible I misunderstood or misheard parts of the conversation, and I don’t want to make assumptions. However, at the time I felt like they were discussing me, which left me feeling uneasy. After this review was posted, the owner explained that one of the individuals was actually a student being trained, which is why multiple people were involved. I appreciate the clarification, but I do wish I had been informed beforehand that my appointment would be used as part of a training session so I could have decided whether I was comfortable with that. I truly appreciate that the owner personally reached out after my review, explained that the irritation may have been related to the adhesive, clarified the training situation, and apologized for my experience. While I appreciate those efforts, my overall experience—including the discomfort, the retention, and the final result—means I won’t be returning.

Meeto Beauty is an amazing spot for lash services! They also provide facials, with transparent and fair pricing. The staff is friendly, and the salon is clean and welcoming. Today, Angela did my lashes in the fairy style, and she nailed the look! just like the reference photo! The team is very attentive, ensuring comfort throughout the service. Angela applied the tape gently, unlike some other places that can be rough around the eyes. I had a fantastic experience and will absolutely return for more treatments!
