Marina Nails Spa (SNS Dipping Powder, Facial, Eyelash Extensions)

I got a gel manicure, it didn’t feel like the tips were capped. Sure enough after 3 days the gel started to lift and chip. I wasn’t surprised as the technician was double booked and rushing, handling both my manicure and another client’s at the same time. So I went back into the salon to show them the damage which also included air bubbles trapped in the gel and they offered a $4 discount on a new manicure or to repair 3 nails, though at least 5 nails were visibly damaged, and the remaining were clearly about to lift and chip too. He said I must have done something like “typing” so apparently they don’t guarantee their gel manicures are strong enough to withstand typing. He was very aggressive and rude when speaking to me, though I was kind and calm the whole time. He made it clear he didn’t want to discuss when mid-conversation he began speaking to people behind me as if I wasn’t there anymore. I would have given them a second chance, everyone has an off day sometimes. But due to the horrendous customer service I cannot recommend.

I don’t give low stars review unless I have to.. I’ve been going here for almost a year & was happy to find it. There were several times that the sns dipping only lasted 2 weeks but I was patient. Then it started lasted longer I was finally happy. But today, I asked for baby blue. I was given several options then the lady said this is the color u want. I said ok. Then while finishing I asked several questions.., why are u heating it up? You don’t usually use UV. She said this is the style for this. I said this is not baby blue… then she said this is nicer…?! When I came to pay, there was additional $20… she started shouting I told u additional $20 for cat’s eye. I never said ok to that. I didn’t back down. I could have been nicer if she was nice but she was mean, started to touch me during the conflict I said don’t touch me. Then she said she is the owner. Well, owner you have an attitude. & yes I won’t be coming back.

I have been going to Marina Nails Spa for about three years now, and they are fantastic! 10/10 recommend Mary for dip powder. She has made my nails so healthy and strong, and she is genuinely a delight to talk to. When Mary does my nails, they easily last four weeks & still look fabulous. I am always worried about my nail health since I like to keep them naturally long, and Mary always makes sure they're healthy and never break. If you're looking for dip powder nails, this is the place to go! The owner is great at booking appointments over text and is responsive. They have been so wonderful to me and always ensure I'm happy with my results.

I’ve been coming to Marina Nails Spa for over 2 years now. I love that I can text for an appointment, that the place is clean, and the cost is reasonable. Summer does an amazing SNS mani - it typically lasts me 3-4 weeks! She’s also great with designs. And I’m always happy with my pedicures too!

I love Marina Nails Spa. They provide a great experience, are very professional, and the salon is always clean. The ambiance is relaxing. My regular nail and lash technician, Leslie, is Fantastic!! She has done beautiful designs for me and makes great suggestions for things to try. She is highly skilled and so pleasant. Marina Nails Spa is the best! I don’t trust anyone else with my nails.
