I was a little worried at first because it was my first time getting a lash lift, and honestly, this was the most affordable option I could find in the area. But I’m so happy I gave it a try! She did an amazing job — my lashes look beautiful, natural, and exactly what I hoped for. The whole experience was great, and I highly recommend her services. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t welcoming from the start. I arrived 10 minutes early, and when I asked to see examples of the technician’s hybrid lash sets, I wasn’t shown any photos. Instead, I was asked to show inspiration photos and was repeatedly told that what I wanted wasn’t a hybrid set and that I needed volume lashes. I agreed to the recommendation so we could move forward. Once I laid down, I explained that I take a moment to relax, especially when I’m seeing a new lash technician. Rather than giving me a minute to get comfortable, I felt rushed. I was repeatedly told to relax, called “scary,” and told that I “can’t relax.” Those comments made me feel even more uncomfortable instead of helping me feel at ease. Lash appointments require trust because someone is working so close to your eyes. I didn’t feel comfortable continuing, so I decided to end the appointment before any service was performed. This review isn’t about the quality of the lash work, since I never received the service. It’s about the customer service and the way I was treated. I hope this feedback encourages a more patient, welcoming approach with future clients.

I literally have no lashes this was my first time doing I was nervous because I don’t like the fake heavy look. They turned out great and so natural. She was fast & friendly! I’ll def do again! Thank you

The studio is located inside Smile Salon. She’s really fast and good at what she’s doing. Asked for natural lashes and it come out perfectly as i expected. 10/10

Super quick work and fantastic lashes, looks so good and really great price. I would definitely come back here. She was very gentle and the room within the salon is clean and comfortable. :)
