I met Katie for the first time, and she did an excellent job on my lashes! They look natural while still giving me the length I wanted. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain her recommendations to me, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy with how they turned out and will definitely be coming back to see her again. Lash Pilot in Santa Monica does an excellent job. As we get older, eyelashes can turn gray too, so it is really nice to be able to see them again after a tint. The result looks clean, subtle, and very natural, especially for a man. Nothing overdone, just a refreshed and polished look. The service is professional, easy, and consistently high quality. I am very pleased with the results and gladly recommend Lash Pilot to others.

Tram the owner and my stylist Ciel are exceptional. Happy to report that my lash extensions turned out beyond better than what I expected. My stylist CIEL was so sweet and thorough with explaining everything. Phenomenal stylist and very good at what she does. I will be returning as a regular. Visiting from out of the area and needed a lash fill and the 5 star reviews are true! The salon is beautiful. The online booking system is efficient. Most importantly, Vivian had the warmth, skills and creativity to give me the best set of lashes I’ve ever had in 15 years. She was so gentle and so precise. She helped me level up my lashes to a better shape for opening my eyes and with more natural length and volume. Beyond impressed. She was so fun to talk to. I will always come here when I’m in LA! I had an amazing experience here, but from a different angle. I am an esthetician from Miami that had a few unexpectedly free days in LA due to a very delayed flight that caused me to miss my conference. I didn't want my short trip to be a complete bust regarding my business and the continued education I was seeking. LA has a reputation for excellent brow services so I reached out to several top salons asking if they offered any opportunities for shadowing, courses or one day apprenticeship. I knew it was last minute and also a somewhat unusual request but one business owner did get back to me and spent time on the phone listening to my situation and thinking about how she could help - Tram, of Lash Pilot. Even though she herself was at a conference in another city at the time, she still made time to find four brow models for the following day that she was able to schedule back to back. She then made sure one of her best brow artists was available during those hours and essentially created a 4 hour personalized, hands-on brow lamination and tinting course for me. The brow artist that spent that next day teaching me the Lash Pilot brow lamination techniques was Michelle and she was incredible. We had four clients and Michelle spent the entire time talking me through her process, demonstrating each step, and offering tips and tricks every step of the way as I then took over the services as the day went on. Michelle was so calm, confident and thorough, which was not only inspiring to see as she engaged with clients, but also helped so much in how easily I was able to absorb her suggestions and techniques. She was truly such a wonderful teacher and guide and her enjoyable demeanor made the day fly by. Her obvious skill with brows was really great to see and I am so excited to be bringing some of that expertise home with me to Miami.
