Very happy with my visit. The manicure and pedicure were calm, relaxing, and gentle. I love the nail shape. Clean work and a peaceful experience. The only downside was that the front desk/reception felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. Overall, I still had a good experience and left happy with my nails.Thank you!
I liked the end result but not the experience. Girl doing my toes and nails kept talking between them and laughing. Made me feel uncomfortable. The girl dong my nails had very shaky hands, she was rushing so much she cut me 5 times and they still had the nerve to charged me 70$ for my short nails. Wont be coming back!
They did an amazing job. Got pedicure and nails done. Very friendly service and attention to detail. Love the experience I had. Complimentary drink offered. Overall my favorite nail stop.
Honestly had never been here. My friend had been the day prior so I decided to give it a try since I wasn’t happy with the last place I had my nails done. And I’m please to say David took his time and actually did what I asked. My natural nails are very long and had gone somewhere else and had asked for gel builder and the guy didn’t want to do it he ended up doing colored acrylic to get me out faster. David at LA NAILS REMOVED my old acrylic and did gel builder like I asked and I am so pleased! Will definitely be going back again!
Looks to be under new management. After talking to one of the ladies, it’s family owned and run. I love the new vibe and checking in process and they do amazing work. ---‐--------------------------------------------------------- Update 10/1/ 2024 About a year ago (I posted a screenshot as my receipt for this fact), I wasn't happy with the location I was going to for nail services, so I decided to give LA Nail & Lashes a try. I remember my very first time coming here it was under different management, and my manicurist was Kate. I loved how Kate did my nails, so I returned. The next time I visited, it was under new family-owned management, and the atmosphere felt more lively, so I decided to come here more often. The place has undergone many changes, such as changing its staff and upgrading the old pedicure massage chairs to new ones. Throughout the year, my wife and I have been attended to by our favorite manicurists and pedicurists Kate's sisters, Sally and Mya. Although Kate primarily does lashes now, she still will do manicures and pedicures and does a phenomenal job. These sisters do a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them. This Tuesday evening, I came for a manicure and pedicure, and I highly recommend the Volcano Deluxe pedicure because it's a beautiful experience with excellent results. After choosing my manicure and pedicure, the receptionist gave me a drink menu. They have a fantastic variety of drinks, but I chose a water bottle for today. My service took about an hour, and my total was nearly $80 without a tip. If you are looking for a new nail and lash salon, give LA Nails & Lashes a chance. They offer excellent customer service and incredible nail and lash work. Ask Kate, Sally, and Mya for your needed services if you visit.
