I have really mixed feelings about my experience. I want to start by saying Vivian took her time with my pedicure, and I liked how my feet turned out. As for my nails, Holly did take her time, and I do like the shape, but I’m honestly disappointed with the final result. I showed her one inspiration picture and explained exactly how I wanted the ombré to look. She kept asking to see the picture throughout the service, so I thought she was trying to make sure she got it right. I kept telling her exactly how I wanted them, but they still ended up looking nothing like the picture. At that point I just wanted to see how they were going to turn out because she was basically done already. There was also a lot of leftover product around my cuticles. After she finished shaping my nails, I even asked if I was supposed to wash my hands because of all the nail dust, and she told me no and just started applying the product. That was another red flag for me. I paid $148, so I expected a much cleaner finish and for my nails to actually look like the picture I showed. They’re not ugly, but they’re definitely not what I asked for, especially for that price. I was even planning on leaving a tip, but after seeing the final result, I just couldn’t do it. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to be honest because I feel like if you’re paying that much, the details should matter.
You’ve gotta go to Harmony Nails and check out Eva and Vivienne! They were so sweet and kind and I love my nails! This is my first time getting Gel X. I’m a 90z girl ~ I wanted my acrylic. Although hesitant I gave it a try. Stepping into this new decade so far has been a wonderful world full of firsts. I got color 449 Base and 483 Top! I was on my way to Catch Flights, Not Feelings! Ha!
Only place I will get my nails done in LA! So beautiful & clean, complimentary wine & never has one of my Gel X ever popped off! Been coming to Brandon for years - always down to experiment & have fun 💖
I’ve been coming to Harmony Nails in downtown LA since 2017, and it’s been my go-to ever since. The service is always incredible, the staff is kind and professional, and the space is clean and welcoming. Brandon is my nail stylist and truly a gem—he always understands the assignment—but honestly, everyone here is amazing at what they do. Whether it’s a quick clean-up or a full-on glam set, they’ve got you. Thank you all for your hard work and care over the years—I see you, and I appreciate you!
Harmony is a super nice facility, super clean, and the service is great! There was a plastic barrier between me & my nail tech, and I wasn’t close to any other customers. The nail tech was gentle on my cuticles and gave me a great nail shape. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with how my nails turned out. The biggest issue - the gel polish is SO thick, and unevenly applied, and clumpy. the pix capture the texture. I know multiple layers of polish are necessary for chrome but this result was v disappointing. Smaller issues - The application was kind of messy so I left w nail polish all over the sides of my nails. & I asked for a dark blue chrome look, but they turned out quite silver (different than the sample nail I picked). and it was $50
