Elegant Eyelash Lounge

My overall experience was just okay — not bad, but not particularly great either. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more. After my eyelash tint, I still had noticeable color left under my eye. I also received hybrid extensions today, but they look closer to classic. Both Gina and Jada were pleasant and professional, but since only one person was working, both of my appointments were interrupted by walk-in questions. While that’s not a deal breaker, it did make me feel a bit uneasy having my eyes closed for nearly two hours with so many interruptions. After sitting with these lashes and looking at them throughout the day, I’m even more disappointed. There is still tint color under my eye and on my natural lashes, and the lash style is not what I requested. I specifically provided my preferred lash lengths, and Gina told me it would create a cat-eye look, but that’s not the result I received. At this point, it seems the experience level for these services may not be where it needs to be. While I would love to return and support a business run by a woman of color, I’m too dissatisfied with the outcome to do so.

I love coming here. I been coming here for over 3years now. Gina is the one that always work on me. She is very sweet and professional. Great Vibes and always some good r&b music playing softly in the background.my leashes always last for about two weeks. And I love the natural look and medium size since I wear glasses. She always bring my eyebrows back to life. I’m always leaving out happy and satisfied.

I love coming to Elegant Eyelash Lounge, the service is great! Gina and Porsha provide excellent service. I have been going to Gina to get my eyebrows arched for years! Gina knows exactly how I want my brows to look, she gets it right each time. My brows are not easy to arch as they are very thin but that is not a problem for Gina! I highly recommend the Elegant Eyelash Lounge!

So i'm gonna make this short and sweet. My daughter and I went to have my service done. Upon my arrival, the young lady sat me down and verified what I wanted during the service. She asked me if I wanted to upgrade my lashes to a different type of lash. Which would be an extra $10? I said, " OK, that was fine."I also have an appointment to have my eyebrows. Tinted now with any other time I've had this service done. My eyebrow technician has always arched eyebrows along with the tent. So when the young lady asked me if I wanted to clean up. I assumed that that was a part of it. The service because she did not mention in an additional $15. The tent was $30. (As she did when asking about the eyelashes)At the end of my service, of course, I was taken aback because there was an extra $30. Added to my bill that I was not prepared to pay. As I explained in regard to the eyelashes, She should have explained that there's an upgrade of fifteen dollars to clean up the eyebrows. Any time a client comes in and asks for one particular service and therebprice has to change from what was originally quoted, always be transparent with that client and let them know. Yes, this is available, but it is at an additional fee. The young lady neglected to say that. And it was very embarrassing for me, Trust and believes that had i known, i would have saved myself the embarrassment My tent (that is supposed to last at least two weeks if you wash around the area and maintain it property, which i have).Wasn't that great? My eyelashes are wonderful, but Hey, I just wanted to put this review here so that everybody knows that when you know when you go. make sure that you verify the price before you allow the service to be rendered. If I could give 100 stars I would. First time getting serviced. Eyebrow tint ✨️ short set eyelashes 😍 👌🏾 ♥️. Ms Porsha did that. 💃🏾💫 She was pleasant explained the lash service. I never had lashes individuals before. The shop was a whole vibe. From the greeting when you walk through the door to the music playing. If you ever in the area check her out you won't be disappointed 💯!
