I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this will be my last time going. Not even a week and my nail chipped. SO SAD AND FRUSTRATING. They are my real nails and I always asked for gel builder and yet look at my nail. Wouldn’t you be disappointed? The flowers are okay and the shape could do better I always typically do coffin but they look square. The person that did my nails was always rude. They kept throwing my hands back and forth like okay I get it, I need to move my nails in the UV light but one lady I got my nails done was way nicer and patient. Not to mention the day I called for the appointment the girl that answered the phone was so rude, and it was a Thursday. Typically it’s not too busy but hey maybe I was wrong. I also spent over 90 dollars for this work. 👎🏻 Would I recommend this place to somebody probably not.

I got my nails done on Tuesday, and by Saturday they were already chipping. The polish started to look worn out and honestly a bit crusty, which is really disappointing considering the time and money I spent. During my visit, I asked for a specific chrome color to match my toes and confirmed it twice with the nail tech. Despite that, she still used the wrong shade. I ended up having to get my manicure redone by someone else. While this was happening, there was noticeable tension between employees, and they were talking among themselves, which made the experience uncomfortable. Even after the redo, the service felt rushed and poorly done. I was there for over 3 hours, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. On Saturday, I called about the issue and was told by the receptionist that I could return within a week to have my nails redone. When I came back on Monday, I was met with attitude. I showed the technician that my nail was chipped, but instead of properly fixing it, she simply only applied a clear top coat. By the very next day, the nail broke again, which shows the issue was never actually resolved. Instead of taking accountability, they only filed my nails and added a top coat. I explained that my nails were already chipping and looked weeks old, even though it had been less than a week. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told to try Gel-X next time. That response didn’t make sense I wasn’t asking for a different service, I just wanted the manicure I paid for to be done correctly. I shouldn’t have to switch services just to receive better quality when I’m still paying either way. Overall, the customer service and quality did not meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Save your money.

I didn’t want to have to leave a negative review, but after giving this salon three chances, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. The first time I came in for a pedicure, I had a male technician whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He applied gel polish, but when I got home, I noticed that the gel had seeped onto the skin around one of my big toes. I returned to the salon to have it corrected, and during that visit, I was informed that both big toes needed to be corrected. I was not aware that the other toe also needed attention at the time. I let it go because I understand mistakes happen, and I didn’t think it was worth making a big issue over. The second time, my pedicure was done by Nina. During the service, she accidentally nicked my toe, causing it to bleed a little. Again, I chose to overlook it because I assumed it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, my third visit with Nina was unacceptable. During my pedicure, she pulled out a hangnail, which caused my toe to bleed significantly. At the time, I didn’t know any better and assumed this was a normal part of the pedicure process. After doing some research, I learned that pulling out a hangnail can create an open wound and increase the risk of infection. Looking back, this should never have happened. The following morning, I woke up with a painful, infected toe that was swollen and draining both pus and blood. A routine pedicure should never result in an infection. I returned to the salon to report what had happened. I admit I became emotional while speaking to the receptionist, but it was out of frustration and disappointment after repeatedly having negative experiences. I want to make it clear that my frustration was not directed at her. She was helpful and handled the situation professionally. I did feel embarrassed having to discuss everything in front of other employees and customers. After three visits, I can confidently say I will not be returning. I gave this salon multiple opportunities, hoping each experience would be better than the last, but instead, the quality of service continued to decline. Overall, it has been extremely disappointing to pay for a service and not receive the level of care, attention, and professionalism that I expected as a customer. No customer should have to return because of poorly applied gel polish, leave with cuts that cause bleeding, or, even worse, develop an infection after a routine pedicure. I’m sharing my experience not to be malicious, but in the hope that the salon takes greater care during its services and follows proper procedures to prevent this from happening to someone else. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I left with pain, frustration, and an avoidable infection. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no confidence in returning to this salon.

I got my nails done here, and they came out perfect! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been to this nail salon a couple of times and I have to say they are literally what you see in those 2000s girly movies with the drinks, mani and pedi. Liz did my nails with gel x and design and she did exactly what I asked for and was super professional. Made me feel so comfortable. Also a huge plus is that margaritas are chefs kiss and FREE!
