I got a lash lift yesterday. The lady performing the lift was very kind. Lashes looked great right when after however, when I got home I noticed that on my left eye the lashes were too curled, they were curling into my eyelid. The tips are too curled and it doesn't look flattering at all . The inner lashes are curled into my eyelid crease and you can't really see them. The outer lashes look alright, but it looks much worse in person
I have been coming here for one year now. It is clean, relaxing, reasonably priced and all the lash experts are wonderful. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. It’s the one thing I do to treat myself and I don’t plan on stopping!
It was my first time getting lashes and I was very nervous. I showed Brenda pictures of what i was going for and she took her time with me and made me feel comfortable and heard! She did an amazing job and I absolutely love my lashes! Ill definitely be back to see Brenda!
Just had a great session with Khristine full new set and brow tint and it was fantastic! Looks so natural and full.
****WARNING--DON'T GO HERE*** My eyebrows fell out after brow lamination. Recently joined and my first service was an eyelash extension. I had someone who seemed inexperienced--- my eyelashes seemed to be curling and pointing in different directions and I didn't quite get all the "maintenance" info I needed (received more the next day). I followed direction carefully but my lashes started falling out immediately and they were pretty much gone within the week. I know that's a risk but the short time frame really put me off. I suppose I should have paid the extra money but it al for "experience"? I had also ordered a brow lamination ---there was very limited info on the website so I physically went to the location to inquire. I asked many questions about the safety and results. I received limited information and that should have been my sign to walk away. I did go for the brow lamination and immediately after, I had a concern about the processing and called customer service to request a CALL back--- which never came. Text support is hit or miss and chat function seemed useless. Within a couple of days my previously healthy, normal looking eyebrows seemed to disappear and it looks like they were "singed" off. It appears I was over processed?? I asked for a refund multiple times and they REFUSED. They did offer a re-do but they weren't registering that my eyebrows had disappeared. The picture below was taken during the first week as I was losing the eyebrows (they still also had tinting on the skin so that's not all hair) --- the damage/loss progressed from there. I would NOT recommend this company and ESPECIALLY this location.
