Lily she did such an amazing job, and they came out even better than I imagined. She was so sweet, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. My lashes look so full, fluffy, and beautiful without feeling heavy at all. I’ve gotten so many compliments already!

I really didn’t want to make this post, but I feel like I have to share my experience. I’m not trying to be messy or difficult. If the owner is willing to offer me a refund or even a partial refund, I’ll gladly take this review down. You already have my phone number and can Zelle me directly. I asked for 9D anime lashes but left with something completely different. Normally I would’ve said something right away, but my eyes are very sensitive, so I thought maybe the discomfort would go away the next day and the lashes would settle and look better. Unfortunately, they didn’t. The glue felt extremely strong and the lashes felt hard and stiff instead of soft and fluffy. The discomfort was so bad that I had to get them removed the very next day because of the placement. I drove all the way from Long Beach because the Instagram portfolio looked amazing, so this was really disappointing. I reached out to the owner, and they kept telling me to come back to get them fixed, but after this experience, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable driving an hour again. Like I said, it made me not even want eyelash extensions anymore. Everyone was very nice, and I understand your time is valuable, which is why I’m only asking for a partial refund. I just hope the results can better match the design and style being offered.

I’m honestly so upset about this experience. I drove over an HOUR for a refill just to be treated like this. Annie was incredibly rude from the start. No greeting, no acknowledgment—she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to “just show a picture” while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say “hello?” and she just said “wait.” Like… what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That’s shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service.

I had a great experience with Luna for my eyelash extensions. She was very skilled and careful during the application, and the result looked very natural. The lashes were comfortable and lasted well. Luna was also friendly and made sure I was happy with the style. I would definitely recommend her services

I had a hard time finding the location so I arrived very late for my appointment. Samantha was kind and welcoming without showing any displeasure. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 6 years, but this was my first time trying the 6D design. She explained and recommended which length would be best for me, and she checked my other preferences thoroughly before doing the procedure. Her hands were so gentle that I didn't even realize I was getting eyelash extensions, which made me feel comfortable. I'm almost while sleeping. I have been getting eyelash extensions for a long time, but this was a really good experience, and although it is far away, I want to continue using this place in the future.
