got my lashes done here and it was the worst experience EVER. I will NEVER go back. See below for photos of what my eyes looked like the morning after getting extensions done. They were itchy, painful, swollen, red and hurting just to blink. When I called and asked for a refund and to show them photos they simply couldn't accommodate my request because I couldn't go in during work hours due to my job. I am extremely disturbed by their customer service and would never recommend this salon to anyone. Their receptionist was unprofessional and answered the phone while helping another client and tried to put me on hold and failed. Extremely unprofessional, not client oriented and horrible lash techs. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Recently visited this place to get my eyebrows done, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. The eyebrow technician was very rough and aggressive throughout the service. Jerking my head from side to side and pressing down on my eyelid so hard that it actually hurt my eye. To make matters worse, she was eating and had not washed her hands. I had to ask her to wash them, which seemed to upset her. When I asked to see my eyebrows during the service, she became visibly annoyed. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unsafe. I ultimately decided to stop the service, did not pay, and left. I would not recommend this place.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this lash salon. The lashes looked good at first, but after just a few days—well before the guarantee period ended—they started falling out. Here’s what happened: First visit: right before Halloween $85 for Whispy lashes → by day 5, lashes were noticeably falling. Fill: $20 → lashes still falling, had to return early. November 7th: $85 with a different technician → had her remove remaining lashes for an extra $35. November 13th: $50 → lashes again started falling by November 17th. For what I spent, I could have just waited and gone to my regular lash technician, who I know gives lasting results. Despite spending a total of $275 so far, the lashes are not holding, which is frustrating, especially when attending important events. I do not feel the service matched the price or guarantee, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you want lashes that last.
I should have read the reviews before coming here. The experience was nothing short of horrible. Same as some of the other reviews, my eyes were burning, itching and running afterwards. Every morning I had to wash my eyes out white slimy looking stuff on my eyes every morning (what the heck) they looked sick. At work eyes running It was totally embarrassing. This is not the first time I have worn lash extensions but this is the first time I have experienced this. It’s not a good place to go for lashes, there location is convenient as the nail shop is across the walk, I say that because sometimes it’s a spur of the moment beauty thing and they are right there so you go hoping for the best. Please read the reviews before going. It’s a horrible experience and you need your eyes. They use a tremendous amount of glue and they glue the lash extensions to your eyelashes. You’re definitely going to lose your eyelashes when taking them off or when they eventually fall off. 3 1/2 weeks a month on Friday and they still hurt to take off and they refuse to fall off. Scared to get them taking off because I know I’m going to loose my natural lashes. Thinking this business needs to be reported.
Sumi is my girl...I don't do lashes so can't comment there but I only get my eyebrows threaded by Sumi. She's amazing! Nails by David and pedicures by Vivien. My nails always last at least 3 weeks with no lifting. My toenails grow into my skin and Vivien has always been able to manage before ingrowns start. Takes a couple of times to find the right person for you. Re: the rudeness I've seen on some reviews. I've been going to this place for 8 years and the workers are friendly. You treat them right and they will treat you right. Come in with an attitude and they will respond. I've witnessed not so nice customers also so it goes both ways. After all it's "me time"...just relax. 🙂
