I’ve been getting my lashes done by Crystal for over a year now, and even though I live really close, I can honestly say that if she moved an hour away, I’d still make the drive — she’s that good. She’s incredible with my lashes - I get complimented all the time, and she’s SO consistent - not once have I left feeling like my lashes aren’t perfect, and she’s just a genuinely warm and kind person to be around. From the very beginning, she’s always made me feel totally comfortable — never rushed, always accommodating, and just really thoughtful in the way she works. One thing I really appreciate (and rarely experience elsewhere these days) is how punctual she is. In over a year of seeing her every 2-4 weeks, only once I think I had to wait maybe like three minutes — and that was only once, but otherwise she’s always right on time, every single time. I just love that because every other beauty-services-related appt I show up to, I always feel like the provider is booking back to back and rushing me in and out. I’ve never felt that way with Crystal. She respects your time and your trust, and that kind of reliability is so rare. Aside from scheduling, I’ve had my lashes done a couple different places before I met her and I have enough of a frame of reference to say her lash work is beautiful and really lasts — it’s lightweight, flattering, and I leave the apptment with lashes that are that “sweet spot” of glamorous but never overdone. If you are thinking about seeing her, you should. You’ll leave looking amazing and feeling even better — her combination of skill, care, and good vibes - she’s truly very special and I love seeing her.
