V brows & beauty lounge

I got my eyebrows and upper lips done at V brows recently, and I must say this was the best salon experience I had so far. Devanshi did her job really well.

The prices are really reasonable and the location is great. I understand by leaving a 3 star review, from what I've seen, that I may receive a detailed reply, but I genuinely believe constructive feedback helps any business improve such as: - consistency in customer service: there's quite a stark difference in the way some staff speak with their clients compared to others. - technique used in waxing is quite painful compared to other salons I've been to. It might also be the type of wax that is used but we can really feel the difference. Also, I think the option of offering aloe vera gel as well as oil post-treatment would make the experience better My first treatment with another staff member was excellent but I think there's room for improvements to be made in some areas.

Devanshi is amazing. I go in Friday’s every month to get my eye brows threaded and armpit waxed. Everyone is good at this place, I just really like Devanshi. I would recommend their services anytime

Have been 3 times to have threading of eye brows and upper lip. First was great - pretty pain free and this was after a good few months of having neither done. Second was a bit more painful but fine. Most recent was awful - so painful and when I said this to the technician (first time I’ve had her), the response was “it’s because the hairs are so long” - they really weren’t. I don’t think I’ll go back as overall I found her quite rude and I’d suggest not great at her job if she’s inflicting so much pain.

Visited for the first time and the staff were very welcoming. I’ve not had eyebrow threading done in years so was worried it would be painful but it wasn’t at all! Ive had compliments on them too so I know they did a great job! I’ll definitely be back!
