Very good service. I got my nails and waxing done. They are so lovely. Urvi was very helpful in suggesting to me and she has good expertise in understanding my skin and her added care has made very comfortable.
I’m from Birmingham and came with my aunty and cousin sisters and decided to get my brows done with Sonya - she has done an amazing job I was scared as I usually stick to my brow lady. I asked for them to be uplifted and straight she did an amazing job! XxxxX
I came in for a full body wax before my wedding. Mohini made me feel really comfortable. The wax was at the right temperature. She was very thorough and worked very fast to minimise any discomfort. She also done a great job of threading my eyebrows. I highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Sarah. She completely ruined my eyebrows and, instead of listening to my concerns, she insisted that “that’s how my brows are” and argued with me rather than acknowledging that the result wasn’t what I had asked for. As a customer, I expected to be listened to and treated with respect, but instead I felt dismissed. Thankfully, Urvi stepped in and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She corrected my eyebrows and gave me the shape I had originally requested. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail completely turned the experience around. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with Sarah. If you’re looking for someone who listens to your preferences and delivers great results, I highly recommend booking with Urvi instead.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing and painful experience here. I normally never leave negative reviews, but I feel I should warn others. Previously, I had my hair coloured here and was happy with the result. I was clearly told that the next retouch, including root highlights and toner, would cost £35. When I returned, the prices suddenly changed completely — I was told the toner alone was £35, and they charged an extra £25 just for a small trim correction. What upset me most was the rude and dismissive attitude from the receptionist, who seemed to be the manager or owner. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Sadly, the worst part is that my hair was completely damaged and ruined. Hair is something very personal, and this experience deeply affected my confidence. I’m sharing this only to protect others from going through the same disappointment.
