I do not recommend this salon. I arrived at 6:30 pm, even though the salon's advertised closing time is 7:00 pm. A staff member told me they were already closed and refused to see me. At first, she said she was busy with another client, but later she said the other technician had already gone home. I explained that I have an early flight the next morning and had travelled a long distance specifically because I believed the salon would still be open. Despite this, I was turned away without any effort to accommodate me. I am very disappointed with the customer service. If your opening hours state that you are open until 7:00 pm, customers should not be turned away 30 minutes before closing.

Worst worst experience l. I just got my eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing. The lady completely spoiled my eyebrows. Both the eyebrows look so different. Very high prices as well. I won’t recommend this to anyone

Amazing salon! I travel all the way from tower hamlets just to get my eyebrows done here as they are the best!

I really like the service at this place, I have been attending this place for a long time and they do not disappoint. They’re very friendly and efficient, they will not let you down.
