Muskaan Brow Bar

Went in for a simple manicure with no polish. Left with my nails overfiled and scratched. I am now left with a giant ridge in my nails that will take months to grow out and look nice again. AVOID.

Never going back! Poor service. The tech stripped off the skin below BOTH my eyebrows. I know a burn when I see one as I am used to eyebrow waxing. This incident was the worst ever. I do not recommend this shop which is located inside the Lewisham Shopping Centre.

I had a really disappointing experience at Muskaan Eyebrows in Lewisham. When I arrived, the staff were either sleeping or glued to their phones, completely ignoring customers walking in. I had been growing my eyebrows for months and clearly explained that I wanted to keep them thick. The woman who started working on me barely acknowledged me and didn’t even look at what I was showing her. She ended up leaving noticeable gaps in my eyebrows. When I pointed this out, another lady suddenly took over without asking – and made things even worse by thinning them even more. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told they weren’t available. No one took responsibility for the poor service, and to top it off, they still charged me an extortionate £8. This experience was not only frustrating but genuinely upsetting. They ruined my eyebrows and my entire day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I had my nails done on Saturday, it’s now Wednesday. This is the 5th time I’ve had my nails done here & I have to say this is the worst they have ever been. These are my natural nails, with overlay & gel polish. They are chunky, wonky and already chipping. Definitely not worth £37. Not happy at all.
