Jas always has such great customer service. Making sure that i am happy throughout my lash experience. Having a consultation asking if I would like anything changed or added making sure I am fully happy . I am always made very comfortable and relaxed throughout. I booked in with Jasmine for a wash, cut and blowdry and a lash lift and tint. We had a consultation about exactly what I wanted, she went through all the steps with me and made me feel very comfortable! She truly is amazing at what she does, I love my new hair and lashes! Jasmine is so professional and makes you feel so relaxed at every appointment. She listens to exactly what you want and will even ask for photos to ensure she gets it right. Always gives you time after your appointment to look in the mirror and make sure you’re happy with your lashes. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Her lashes also last so long! 10/10 x
