I’m not leaving this review because the technician was rude, she was kind, but because the quality of the service was disappointing. As someone who advertises herself as a lash perm expert, I expected much better results. I’ve had lash perms for years, so I wanted to explain what styles suit me and what doesn’t, especially since I have an important event coming up. Unfortunately, I left feeling very unhappy with my lashes. To make matters worse, I paid the full amount, travelled there on a very hot day, and still walked away dissatisfied with the quality of my lashes. I’m not leaving this review out of spite, I’m leaving it as honest feedback so there can hopefully be better communication and better results for future clients.

I went to this salon for eyelash extensions and received excellent care. My eyelash extension technician was incredibly gentle and did a fantastic job; I was very impressed. The salon and restrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely go back for more eyelash extensions. 🥰

do not get your eyebrows waxed here. the technician didn't ask what I wanted before she started, just got me down into the chair and got going, and I was too awkward to pipe up, and she ended up taking off so much. Somehow, she left the main brow thick but made the sides both very (unevenly) short, while the wing is very thin. Then she had the gall to say the reason one side was shorter than the other is because I have blonde hair on the end of one brow that makes it look shorter because you can't see it. I cannot emphasise enough that I am half-Indian with dark thick hair - no hair on my body is anything approaching blonde. I was too shy so I didn't complain at the time but I really wish I had. I can't believe I paid in full

My first time, place looks nice and the lashes I done no issues. 3 stars because I had to wait 20 minutes for a booked appointment as my lady was busy doing someone else’s lashes. Timing is important. Thank you
