Poor service. Made me wait for over 15 minutes and kept letting people in front of us. No communication to let us know there’s a wait whilst we’re just queuing outside. Retreat directly upstairs is a lot better.

Popped in for the grand opening at Rawr Beauty (the new branch extension of Lashious Beauty upstairs in Vicarage Shopping Centre) and had an amazing waxing and threading session with Reetu! She is so sweet, calm, and welcoming, and my results look fantastic. Reetu also shared details about their other treatments like hydrating facials, massages, and Baobab mani-pedis (natural or extensions). Beautiful new salon—definitely visit soon!

Always such friendly service. Fatima did my treatments today. She started a few weeks ago and her customer service was amazing throughout! She made the hollywood as painless as possible and we had a lovely chat. All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming and I’m always happy with the results. All equipment is kept clean and they use good quality products. Highly recommend.

I visited yesterday evening to ask about prices for a lash lift and to arrange a patch test. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting me seemed irritated when I asked basic questions, and I felt as though doing the patch test was an inconvenience. I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. Customer service and making clients feel at ease are really important, so this was disappointing.

I have been coming to Lashious Beauty Barking for nearly 4 years (since 11/2022). I usually get waxing from Preeti. She is very professional and polite. She always has a smile on her face and does her work with precision 👌 I highly recommend her😊🌸
