I booked last minute with Yuliana and had a really lovely experience. The room was warm, with a blanket provided, which made it feel very comfortable and cosy while having my lashes done. Although her English wasn’t perfect, we communicated well and she asked for a picture to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I had full classics done in 1 hour 30 minutes and they came out absolutely perfect. I’ve been getting my lashes done for 6 years and I’ve never been this happy with the result. Personally, it’s more than I usually pay, but it was completely worth it, these are honestly the best lashes I’ve ever had. They look so natural and the retention is incredible. I’ve had them on for over two weeks and I’m still getting compliments from close friends who think they’ve just been done. Definitely worth getting your eyelashes done here. They clearly know what they’re doing and invest in high-quality products.

Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always takes the time to make sure my lashes look full, natural, and perfectly suited to me. Karina is also incredibly professional, gentle, and welcoming, making every appointment a relaxing experience. My lashes always last well, and I constantly receive compliments on them. This is £170 cost eyelashes. My experience was terrible. I booked an appointment with Aleksa on January 30th for corner eyelash extensions. I arrived on time, but I was asked to wait because Aleksa was running late due to another client. So I had to wait for my appointment even though I arrived on time. I paid £90, but most of the lashes fell off within a week. I booked an infill appointment again today and paid an additional £80. On my way to the appointment my tube was suspended and I informed them in advance that I would be late. I was told that it was okay and that I should still come. Because of this, I took a taxi. When I arrived, Aleksa spoke to me very rudely and said that I only had 20 minutes left for my lashes. The result is even worse. £170 in total for a terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I went in mainly for a lash lift because I prefer a natural look. The overall result isn’t bad and the price is reasonable, but I’m a bit disappointed with the lift itself. It looks tidy and natural, however it hasn’t lifted enough across the whole lash line (including the inner/middle), and it’s noticeably less lifted/less eye-opening than a lift-only treatment I’ve had before. They did suggest I might be better suited to full extensions, which I appreciate, but I specifically wanted a lift. It’s still early so I can’t comment on how long the corner extensions will last yet, but at the moment the main issue for me is that the lift didn’t take strongly enough. Overall: okay if you want a very subtle, natural result, but if you want a stronger lift I’d recommend being really clear about that upfront. Other than that, the staff were lovely and it does seem like they tend to do more eyelash extensions than lifts. I’m a regular client last 1 year at least: Every 3-4 weeks. I called them I will be late can you have me any time you free it doesn’t matter which days. They said we have to say no show up and 150£ no reschedule no additional charge nothing no help. Don’t trust and pay full amount at all. They only think their comfort.
