Lash station

I booked a full lash set with Emana through a special deal she was promoting on Instagram. Since I had issues booking via the link, I reached out to her directly through DMs. Although her replies were slow, I was patient and paid the full amount at the time of booking (which was a month in advance). However, I had to follow up multiple times to receive confirmation of both my payment and appointment. On the day of the appointment, Emana asked to reschedule twice, which I accommodated without any complaint. During the appointment, my lashes were done partly by her and partly by her student – something that was never mentioned beforehand. Midway through, both began discussing her next client, who was already waiting in reception, which made me feel that my set was being rushed. When she asked if I liked my lashes at the end, I said yes, as it didn’t seem like she had the time or inclination to listen to feedback. The next day, I reached out to express that I was unhappy with the result, as it didn’t resemble the reference I had provided. After several polite follow-ups, I eventually received a dismissive response offering to fix them for a subsidised fee, which wasn’t a viable option since I was leaving the city (something we had spoken about during my appointment). I then requested a partial refund, which I felt was a fair compromise, but was told I should have raised my concerns during the appointment. I was also accused of being “threatening,” which felt unfair given that all my messages were calm and solution-focused. Despite apologising if I had come across the wrong way, I was still ignored. While we had pleasant conversation during the appointment and I hold no personal animosity, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and level of professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to others.

Had a lash course with Emana. Even though it was a long day it was very informative and she explained everything clearly. Models were provided by herself. Good tips and trips for beginners lash artist. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful salon. I was looking for a new lash tech and I’m so glad I found this salon. Emana is amazing, I felt so looked after. I am usually so nervous about doing my lashes and she put me at ease by providing the best service from the moment I walked through the door. I LOVE my lashes, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and they are still in place. I highly recommend you go there, especially if you work in and around Liverpool Street. I will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely THE BEST service ever! Had my lashes done by Emana SO PROFESSIONAL! It was my first time getting lashes, everything was explained before hand, with time taken to make sure I get the right look and understand what I was going for! The lash station is so aesthetically gorgeous too! So guaranteed to have some gorgeous photos on the floral decorated swing! I am looking forward to my next visit! If you are looking for gorgeous lashes to suit you and excellent service the Lash Station is it!

I was not expecting myself to be able to do lashes as I had previously done a course by someone else and it didn’t work out for me and I was not confident. Completed lash course training with emana and I could tell the difference between her teaching and other techs! She was fully engaging throughout the course and this course did help me to feel more confident then before! Would highly recommend her for training.
