Literally the best place to get your lashes done! I leave happy every single time. The bed is super comfortable and my lashes always look amazing — I get compliments on them constantly. Such a lovely experience every visit, highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Jessica for my lashes and brows for almost a year since I moved to London. I couldn’t recommend anyone better! My lashes are always perfect and full, they look beautiful yet classy/natural which is what I want. Jessica does my infills quickly yet never misses any lashes and they always last me over two weeks and don’t even fall out much. The quality of the lashes feel amazing and light. I also don’t trust anyone else with my brow shape, Jessica does it perfectly. Thank you so much!

I was first recommended to Jessica for a lash lift back in 2017 and I’ve never looked back! I’ve tried other lash technicians over the years, but none have come close - the curl is often uneven or only lasts 2-3 weeks. With Jessica, my lashes stay lifted and curled for over two months. She’s always professional, and really reliable when it comes to appointments and confirmations. Don’t bother going anywhere else - Jessica is the best in the business!

Jessica does solid technical work as a lash artist, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On two occasions, she rescheduled my appointment for her own convenience without checking with me first. More seriously, I’ve had repeated issues with how infills are priced. Her stated policy is 2–2.5 weeks, with a lower rate if you still have at least 60% of your lashes. Despite meeting that criteria (one day past the window, but well above 60% retention), she sent a rude text cancelling my appointment and pushing for a higher price. This wasn’t a one-off, it’s happened more than once. Sad really, but I’ve had enough of this studio Given how many lash artists are available in the area, I’d recommend booking with someone else
