Love this lash shop 🫶🏻 The designs are always so trendy, the retention is amazing, and she pays so much attention to detail. She always knows exactly what style suits me best !! I had to go somewhere else while Sienna was on holiday and honestly… I was just waiting for the day she came back 🥹😭 I’ve officially found my go-to lash extension shop in London! 💕

Got a lash lift and lash tint, I loved them, Sienna did an amazing job and it lasted at least two months! Sienna is the sweetest, easy to speak to and made me feel comfortable straight away. I’ve booked with her again :)

I did the eyebrow tinting service and I can’t express enough how much I love the results!! It’s exactly what I was looking for - something clean, natural and an effortless look. I trusted Sienna to take care of the colour and shape herself because I trusted her work after seeing the reviews and her insta page (@lashesienna). She was really careful with what look, colour and shape to go for and I’m so glad that I let her do what she thought was best because I couldn’t have loved my brows more!! She of course was open to what I wanted and does listen to what the customer wants. Even when I told her to do whatever she thinks is best, she kept checking with me through the process to ensure that I liked what she was doing. She takes consideration of what your skin tone and hair colour is as well to ensure what the results match your features. She is so professional, answers all questions clearly and she is also very kind. She is so good at building rapport with her customers and makes your experience feel like luxury. Her studio is VERY clean which is amazing. Her customer service and quality is genuinely 10/10. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I had such a lovely experience with Sienna — she was incredibly kind, gentle, and so comforting throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel completely at ease, which made all the difference. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and I’m still getting so many compliments on my lashes — I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend 💕
