I’m a 62 year old guy, an engineering professional, but still wanting to look as sharp as possible. As my eyelids get saggy, I thought that a lash lift & tint would make me look more awake. As a guy, getting treatments normally associated with women can be daunting. Millie has been fantastic. She understands that I’m gradually exploring a more polished grooming style while still needing it to work in a very traditional professional setting. Her lash lifts are consistently natural, clean and well executed, and she’s helped me build confidence with each appointment. Highly recommended if you want someone who listens rather than pushes. Contrary to some strangely negative reviews, the salon location feels discreet, calming and very hygienic. I always feel safe, comfortable and love coming here.

Booked a lash lift and left with lashes that are barely curled — essentially flat. I worked with Stephanie, who seemed rushed despite the fact that I was the only client in the salon. Multiple times during the setting phase she got up and went to her computer while my solution was processing. Lash lifts are entirely about timing and attention during those exact minutes, and leaving them unattended is how you get the under-curled result I’m now stuck with. For £90 I expected someone focused on the treatment, not stepping away mid-process. The result speaks for itself: little to no lift. I’d like this corrected.
