I can’t recommend Ann at Ibil highly enough. Her knowledge and expertise are truly exceptional, and it shows in every treatment she delivers. She takes the time to offer personalised consultations, making sure everything is tailored perfectly to your needs, which makes such a difference. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENTIONS!!! paid £55 to get full volume lashes , walked out of there and instantly got them removed as I was in pain straight after , I went to another lash tech to remove them and her lash remover couldn’t even lift there glue , they was crusty , gappy and as u can see from the picture , there was lashes stuck to my eyelid , honestly disgusting and don’t know how they got qualified. Upon asking for my money back she agreed but made sure to tell me she knew what she was doing and apparently I was having a allergic reaction , as u can see in the photos I’ve uploaded they were extremely poorly done, my eyes are now swollen and red and I’m still in pain days after

We arrived for a groupon voucher for which the woman said was not what she could offer. We got a fraction of what we should have had. The facial was so bad she didn’t even take it off before we left, we spent the rest of the evening picking it off our faces.

Avoid this place!!!! Had what they called a 'luxury manicure ' and hands down- money wasted down the drain. Cuticles and painting took 5 min and super rushed meaning I need to now pay again for the service somewhere else. Really bad polish application - chipping after 2 days - see pics. Other and better places out there for the same money so don't recommend and won't return!

I go here for Laser hair removal for both underarm and Hollywood. Anh, takes good care to ensure that it is safe for my skin and after very gentle increases in power, I am now seeing the results. Anh is also a powerhouse of knowledge on how to be and stay healthy naturally, which is always an added bonus to my visits! The space is always homely and welcoming
