Their work is amazing, and their personality made the whole experience so fun, we were laughing and chatting the entire time. Super professional, talented, and I get nonstop compliments on my brows. Got abusive using foul language when I left feedback about my experience. What happened? She became upset when I declined the use of my images for promotional use on a previous visit. She had not asked for permission. She then retaliated by cancelling my appointment for follow up on the same day when I was 15 minutes away after I had travelled two hours from out of London. Blessing in disguise as eyebrows are now uneven and need to be tattooed off.
