I’m very grateful to Zoey for her excellent work. She is the only eyelash technician I truly trust. I’ve tried several other salons, but this is one of the rare places I’ve found that can create lashes that look soft and natural while still lasting really well. I’m always very happy with the result and would highly recommend Zoey. This is the eyelashes after 3 weeks. Amazing results!

I booked a day before my appointment and they were still able to fit in my appointment. Zoey the lash technician was very welcoming, I asked her for the recommendation on my lashes to suit my Asian eye shape. Went for cat eye and it fits super well. So beautiful!

Honestly I wasn’t really happy with the lashes or the process. Aside from the 15 minute wait, I specified clearly that I didn’t want cat eye and wanted open eye lashes. I also mentioned that I wanted a 1 mm gap between the lash line as my skin is very sensitive. It felt like the lash artist didn’t listen to my requests at all as I was given cat eye style and the lashes were attached very close to the lash line where the gap was barely visible. She also kept lifting my eye up to apply the lashes from the inside which was causing the fumes to go in, my eyes feel very uncomfortable now. After finishing, the lash artist just moved onto the next client who was waiting for hers to be fixed while I was still in the room without checking my lashes properly, my lashes were glued together as the lash artist didn’t separate them and there were multiple natural lashes attached to one false eyelash. Very unprofessional and not a good experience. I wasted my time and money and have to get them removed. Update: I informed them about this and they proceeded to tell me that the situation was not as I described after speaking with the lash technician. How ridiculous!! Please improve your service

Visited today to get my anime lashes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them! 🥰 I had unfortunately missed my initial appointment due to a family emergency, but Zoe was so kind and understanding and happily booked me in for another time. The service was amazing from start to finish, and my lashes look SO good! I’ve already received so many compliments. ✨ I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Zoe, for the best service and for making me feel so welcome! 💕

I did my eyelashes and the service is amazing, out of my expected, especially yang, outcome looks stunning on me and last long, I will come regularly and give it a five star!
