Hi, I found Ruby’s clinic through Instagram. I came across her profile and saw her work, and that’s how I decided to have my eyebrows done by her. I had such a wonderful experience, from the moment I was welcomed into the clinic until I finished my second touch-up appointment. Ruby is such a warm and lovely person. I liked her from the very first moment, and she definitely did not disappoint me. She works with great care and attention to detail, never rushes, and is incredibly friendly. I had combo brows and semi-permanent eyelash liner done by Ruby, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows look beautifully defined yet completely natural, and the lash liner has made such a difference — it gives my eyes subtle depth without looking overdone. What surprised me most was how comfortable the whole experience was. I was nervous about the eyelash liner, but it didn’t hurt at all. In fact, I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep both times! Ruby has such a gentle technique and a calming presence that you can’t help but feel at ease. If you’re considering doing this, I can’t recommend Ruby enough. The outcome is flawless, the process is painless, and she’s an absolute pro. This picture is after having it just done (there’s Vaseline on my eyebrows so excuse the shine!).

I had my eyebrows done today at Find Your Brows by Ruby, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ruby is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. My brows look beautifully shaped, natural, and perfectly suited to my face. I had my eyebrows done using the powder brows method, and I was honestly quite nervous about the result. I wasn’t sure which method would be best for me, but Ruby recommended powder brows and I’m so glad she did. The final effect is absolutely beautiful. It’s soft and subtle, yet my brows finally have the shape and colour they were always meant to have. You can really tell that she knows what she’s doing and genuinely enjoys her work. My brows enhance my natural features and still look very natural. Despite my initial fears about doing something permanent, I’m so happy I chose her. I would highly recommend her to anyone

I have to say I was completely blown away by my experience with Ruby. During my consultation I had decided to go ahead with micro blading, but unfortunately it didn’t take too well on my skin type, so we then tried nano brows with some slight shading. I was really keen to achieve a natural look, and I genuinely couldn’t believe how amazing the results were, it honestly looked like my own brow hair. On my second visit, Ruby really took her time to perfect everything and truly brought the look I wanted to life. Gone are the days of waking up and having to fill in my almost non-existent brows with makeup. I am absolutely over the moon with the result. It is definitely worth paying that little bit extra to achieve such natural-looking hair strokes. Thank you, Ruby, for your patience with me I know I had a lot of requests!
