DO NOT GO ON A MONDAY OR TUESDAY! The lady who works on those days absolutely destroyed my eyebrows. I should have realised when there was no queue as there is usually a very long queue to get brows done at this place. This lady completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows and took way too much hair out leaving me with thin brows that were uneven and wonky. She didn’t listen to my instructions or wishes for my eyebrows and ruined them. She was also rude. The lady who works other days and has been there for many years is great. Avoid Mondays and Tuesdays at all costs. I will never go on those days again.
Dolly and Irum is amazing! I really never seen any beauticians as professional as them and trust me when i say this i have been coming here for 12 years and they really bring such a gorgeous look on my face that nobody else can, previously, I have tried every other shop round here and it is really difficult to find professional prices like this shop, especially in this expensive generation. I can’t really explain how much happier I am with their service. Eye Treats Beauty is simply “THE BEST IN WEST”.
The lady on Monday 11th August @ 5pm took a whole chunk out of my eyebrows when I told her what she did wrong she said baby hairs and was very dismissive and literally forcing me to pay after I paid she then admitted to it and said yeh ok sorry.
I have just moved in the area and was looking for a new beautician to do my eyebrows. I was a little sceptical at first, I am really fussy when it comes to the shape and thickness but I was not disappointed, the lady doing my eyebrows carefully listened and did them perfectly! I now have a loyalty card as well and will definitely return 😃
The BEST in the West. Lima who originally managed the store has left now but one of the ladies who is normally there threads my eyebrows wonderfully, naturally and leaves them looking just amazing. I can't sing their praises enough...But I have!! Lol. Thank You Eye Treats Brow Bar!! P.S Don't forget to take your loyalty card to be signed off as the 6th signature amounts to your brows being done for free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
