This was my first time at Brow Haus and it was a lovely experience! First, I liked the comfortable beds, and the no shoe policy on them is a nice touch. The salon is very light, airy and modern. Shreya carried out my brow threading treatment and they look absolutely amazing. They are perfectly shaped and well defined. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon and Shreya who is an amazing therapist.

To clarify: the reason I reduced my rating from a 3 to a 1 was because of the horrible and unprofessional response I received from management when I complained. Simple as that. I think my review speaks for itself, as does the response. I would avoid this place. Got a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow threading, lamination and tint. I won’t go into everything here but the main points are: 1. They did not tint my bottom lashes, when I brought this up later they said this was standard, this was not communicated at the time and is not something I’ve ever come across before. 2. The lash lift is not a smooth curl but rather at a harsh, sharp angle, as can be seen in the pictures. They blamed this on my “short, sparse lashes”. I have had them lifted before and this has never been an issue before. 3. They didn’t tint all the way to the root which when I brought this up they said was because my eyes were watering too much, again nothing was communicated during the appointment and I have never experienced this before at a lash tint. 4. My brows are still sore a day later, they haven’t addressed this at all. I raised all of this with them privately and they sent me an incredibly defensive and unprofessional email back saying that all of this was personal preference and they hadn’t done anything wrong. Overall I feel terrible as I have bad results that will last 6-8 weeks and was just left feeling awful for how I was treated when I brought this to their attention.

Shreya did an excellent job on my brows. I hadn’t had them done in ages and I was new to the salon, so she really took the time to listen to my preferences. We did tinting, mapping, threading and trimming, and my eyebrows came out great. I was really happy with the result - thank you! Shreya was also really personable and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Love getting my brows done here! Ella does such a great job, but they are all such professionals at what they do in a nice relaxing environment too. They really know there craft. I’m trying to make mine look fuller and everytime I come away feeling happy with how they look.

Ella is amazing and so is Zarish. I’ve come a few times now and I travel from Switzerland (if that doesn’t say how amazing they are I don’t know what will). They’ve reshaped my eyebrows to suit my face even more and everyone has noticed and praised it. My lash lift always holds for a long time and the results are lush each time 🩷 Can’t recommend enough. Easy communication and help. Thank you to all the girls there!
