Eva is amazing, I love, love, love my eyebrows and it's made a massive difference. I had combination eyebrows. Eva listens to what you want and gives good advice. I also had lip blush done 6 weeks ago and went for top up it's brilliant. No need for lipstick now. My final treatment was to have permanent eye liner, very happy with result as I wanted a subtle effect. Thank you Eva for your patience, expertise and for making me feel so comfortable. I really looked around for the right place to go and I can confidently recommend Eva and the professional service she offers.

I just had my brows done with Eva for combo brows and I’m so happy with the results so far🙂 Eva took the time to listen to what I wanted but also offered great advice on how to achieve the look I was after. She took the time to create the perfect brows with a shape that suits my face. I have been on this journey from the beginning with removal of my old brows as I no longer like them and wanted a fresh start. I’m so glad I found Eva to help me achieve the brows I wanted. Terrible brow experience I contacted Eva to see if microblading was suitable for me. I'm very fair and I was concerned as I wanted a very natural look. I had an online consultation where I was told my goal was perfectly achievable. The whole experience was very bad. The appointment was very rushed. When the brows were mapped on, I was unhappy with the design. They were too large for my face and the brow strokes were too thick. There was no tweaking, I was not offered to have them redrawn or changed. I was told repeatedly, they are going to shrink. They need to be bigger because they will shrink. I again demonstrated where I wanted the brow to finish and I was told 'Youre not listening to me, I've told you they will shrink.' The process was extremely painful. I bled a lot and this seemed to cause problems. During the process I was asked "Did you have coffee? Did you have alcohol?" (All of which I had not) I was then told, you're bleeding this is very difficult. At the end I was told, that's the best I can do. Your skin was very difficult to work on. You have to wait and see how it heals, but it will probably be patchy. I again expressed that I didn't like the brush strokes but was told I would just have to wait. I ended up going elsewhere for removal as I had lost all confidence after this terrible experience. I requested a refund which was refused. I contacted trading standards for advise and was later informed that Eva had lied to them about giving me a patch test before hand, as I was NOT given a patch test. The brows were very difficult to remove as the brow strokes had been dug in very deeply to my skin. They also have extended over my natural mapped brows so it has been difficult to cover them completely, even with make up. I've since had my eyebrows removed ( lazer removal) and redone elsewhere. Comparing the two experiences- this was an ENTIRELY different experience with a very, very different result. I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. Wonderful, professional service provided by fully qualified Eva. I'd definitely recommend treatment at this personal clinic for those looking for a confidence boost, as you'll leave looking and feeling great! From start to finish you'll be fed all the information required to calm any nerves, and answer any questions. Whilst I was receiving treatment I felt that comfortable I nearly fall asleep! 😅 Overall satisfied customer & I've already recommended to others. 5* Would recommend, thank you for the brilliant service Eva 😊👍🏼
