I highly recommend Cynthia for eyebrow design. She has been correcting and shaping my eyebrows for the past 5 months, and the experience has been lovely from the start. Her customer service is excellent, and every session with her is always the best. She is professional, friendly, and truly knows what she’s doing. I have been here several times, but I am not going to return. Last time I did a lash lift, they made my lashes stick straight out, no curl. They did fix them a few days later for me. This time, she told me to no longer do the Korean lash lift as it was too harsh on my lashes and that I needed to do the regular one. But last year they told me I needed to pay more to do the Korean one because it's more gentle and my lashes were getting brittle. Now my lashes are in the worst shape of my life after going here ~5 times over the last 18 months. I'm getting the sense that not everyone is equally trained. ALSO - they really push product on you. It is so obvious that they get commission from selling product. It's really awkward and they need to stop doing that.

I’ve been going here for years purely out of convenience, but after repeated bad experiences I’m done. With the exception of one therapist, the staff generally don’t seem to know what they’re doing. No matter what you discuss beforehand, it’s ignored and the results are consistently poor. On my last visit, the therapist took off half of my eyebrow, and weeks later it still hasn’t grown back. Considering their prices are well above average, the lack of skill and consistency is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their brows.

Ledbury Road is my favourite Blink Brow Bar and the only reason I return to the this particular establishment is because of Bhavana Bhudia she is an exceptional eyebrow eyelash technician whom is well established within the industry she works with experience and confidence creating the the perfect brows to suit my features. Eyelash lift done by Bhavana is amazing. Bhavana is a credit to Blink Brow Bar so much so that I believe Bhavana is definitely why the Ledbury Road store is a success. Bhavana is professional, skilled and talented in what she does. I hope blink brow gives credit where credit is due, giving appreciation for such a talented lady.
