I’m so glad I found Aysha B, she’s officially my new brow technician! My previous tech at another Blink location left, and I’d been struggling to find someone who could shape my brows the way I like. After seeing all the glowing reviews, I tried the Canary Wharf location and booked with Aysha. She was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted, made me feel relaxed, and delivered the best brows I’ve had in years. I walked out so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time. I called to check availability, but because the Canary Wharf store’s phone wasn’t working, my call was redirected to head office. I was specifically told that if I walked in after 3:30 pm, there was wide availability and that I shouldn’t have any problem being seen. I made the journey based on that advice, only to be told on arrival that they were fully booked. The information I was given was completely inaccurate, and there seemed to be no communication between head office and the branch. To make matters worse, one member of staff apologised and mentioned offering a discount because of the inconvenience. I waited, but the person at the counter never acknowledged it or offered anything at all. I was simply left standing there until I gave up and walked away. For a business that relies on appointments and customer service, giving customers completely conflicting information is unacceptable. My time was wasted, and as a first-time customer, this was an awful introduction to the brand. I will not be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend making a special trip based on what you’re told over the phone!

Aysha B is really worth the hype! I’m getting married on Friday and she gave me such good advice/ consultation/ listened to exactly what I wanted and result was perfect. Went for shape and tint. So grateful thank you 🩷

Discreetly ticked away in canary wharf. So easy to get to and find. They are always busy and offer a service for teens. Which is wonderful. It's really easy to book and the ladies are all very considerate and kind to my son. It's been a super helpful treatment to help build confidence during a difficult age.

I’ve been this morning to thread my eyebrows, I explicitly said like twice that I don’t like thin eyebrows and that I wanted thick. She was rushed because she had other appointments and when she made the mapping of my eyebrows it was thick so I agreed. When I finished I asked her why were they so thin and she dismissed it. 😔😔😔 won’t go there again.
