Better Brows - Stratford

Had the loveliest experience getting my lashes lifted and tinted. It was my first time and Tejal was very attentive, walked me through each stage and made sure I felt comfortable. The lashes also look great! Really happy with the result and the service would definitely recommend!

Tejal was so lovely and gentle. Best lash lift and tint I’ve ever had and I love how she explained everything. I dislike it when salons use water to wash off the dye because that can usually get in and sting my eye, as well as when they leave dye on your eyelids but this salon didn’t do any of those! Highly recommend! Only negative I can say is how the store isn’t completely closed in and the surroundings are very loud being a shopping centre. Worth it though

I had my brows threaded and tinted my Muskan. She was very kind and kept checking in with me that I was happy with the shape. She suggested that I have my brows tinted as well. Do be aware that if you’re having a tint for the first time the tint gets a lot darker before she takes it off. I was very happy with the result and will go back again.

I was very disappointed with my brow threading experience at this salon. The service felt rushed, and my eyebrows were left uneven and thinner than I had requested. I clearly explained the shape I wanted, but the result did not match my expectations. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously when I mentioned the issue. Unfortunately, I left feeling unhappy with both the quality of the service and the overall customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to others and would advise potential customers to consider other options. I hope the salon improves its attention to detail and customer communication in the future. Such a disgusting Salon and staff
