Poorly done poor isolations, my eyes are so much pain and I have had to remove them after a couple of days. They didn’t do what I asked for even though I showed pictures and told her the style. I didn’t mind as the lashes looked nice. However, over the next couple of days my inner and outer eyelids were in immense pain I couldn’t even touch my eyes to wash them without hurting them.You can even see in the picture my outer lashes are falling and tugging on my natural lashes

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience – Not Recommended for Important Events I had a deeply disappointing experience with this place after booking a Mehendi artist for a special event. I confirmed my booking well in advance—providing my name, phone number, address, and event date. The staff reassured me that writing it down in their booking diary meant the appointment was confirmed. I even waited over an hour to speak with the second staff member to finalize everything, and no deposit was required. However, when I tried to follow up the day before my event, I received no response. On the actual day, I went to the place only to be met with confusion, denials, and incredibly unhelpful staff. The same people who took my booking claimed it was never confirmed and now demanded double the price. I reminded them of our prior agreement and requested to see the booking diary, but they refused. When I asked why no one called me if there was an issue, they had no explanation and avoided eye contact. To make matters worse, some staff members began making rude comments in Hindi—assuming I couldn’t understand. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. When staff reluctantly open the diary my details were there and they could not say anything. A man who claimed to be the owner said they were short-staffed, promised to find someone, and said he’d call back within an hour. We left based on that promise. When he finally called, he claimed the henna artist was sick. I questioned why this wasn’t communicated earlier if it were true—especially if she was their staff. The story kept changing, and it felt like a made-up excuse to get rid of us. He eventually hung up on me mid-conversation. This entire experience was not just frustrating—it was heartbreaking. I had trusted this salon for a once-in-a-lifetime event, and they completely let me down. I had no choice but to cancel my celebration. I strongly advise against booking this place for any special occasion. The staff are unreliable, dishonest, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Beware – customer service here is 0%.

This lady does not know how to do lashes! No isolation between lashes and to be honest they looked horrendous for a very basic and common hybrid set! I was in so much pain and had to ask her to remove the lashes in the end. I couldn’t look left or right without it scratching my eyes. Please don’t do lashes here.

Have been having my eyebrows threaded here for years and they have always done fabulous job . Anyway I was interested in microblading as I am a woman of age and my eyebrows have seen better days 🙃 . Such care from beginning to end and such a marvellous job I have had done . They took really great care of me .I'm so pleased with the outcome So if you are thinking about microblading , go and see this wonderful caring amazing clever lady she's made my day Thank you all at BEAUTYMAX BROW BAR WOOLWICH YOU ARE THE BEST 👌
