Narumi is incredibly sweet, attentive and is truly an expert with lashes. After telling her how I felt with my first lash extension experience elsewhere being to heavy and unappealing on my eyes she gave me light yet noticeable lashes that I am so incredibly happy with. Already scheduled a refill!

Narumi always does a fantastic job on my lashes! She’s incredibly detail-oriented and delivers beautiful results. My lashes always look natural and full and I constantly get compliments on them.

Okay so I don’t do my makeup often or curl my eyelashes really ever but I got an eyelash lift from Narumi and I’m blown away! It makes such a difference on my face and the process was so comfy and relaxing! She’s so approachable and answers questions, but I don’t feel like I have to chit chat the whole time either. Really an excellent experience!

Tomori’s is THE place to go for lashes. Narumi is an exquisite lash artist. She’s very talented and passionate about what she does and that equates to feeling more beautiful after a treatment. Her lashes are lush and natural looking. It’s a pleasant experience. Her massage table is super comfy and during the holidays she was playing Christmas music. In December she warmed the table. I’m so glad I discovered her. I’m a customer for life. I’m thrilled to give myself the gift of fabulous lashes. She’s the best I’ve experienced. She knows her craft and provides helpful tips for care and TWO lash brushes! All in all an enjoyable, pampering service. I look forward to my appointments. She’s incredibly accommodating and has appointments as early as 6 am into the evening. Her customer service is fantastic but she’s also super talented. All in all a winning combo in a lash artist. UPDATE: Narumi was concerned about a bump on my forehead and encouraged me to get it checked out. I kept putting it off but she was persistent! Thank goodness she was - I made an appointment with a dermatologist after my last visit with Narumi and have skin cancer. Not only is she talented at her craft, she’s potentially saving lives. I’m so very grateful and know that as my face is cut up, I’ll always have beautiful lashes.

Narumi went above & beyond. She was very professional & kind. Lash lift. 10/10 I like a very subtle look. I opted not to do tinting this time but for a more dramatic look you might consider tinting. I'm so happy with the curl of my lashes. They are usually very flat!
